Ramkrishna Mankari is a self made successful businessman.
His experience in the food industry spans over 32 years.
His entrepreneurship skills enabled him to start his first own food venture in 1997, which he successfully sold in 2010.
His continued passion for food and the industry made him restart the food business through CSS and his vision is to make it an extremely successful enterprise operated by experienced professionals, who believe in the core fundamental values and enjoy their journey to success.
Ramkrishna is an astute businessman, a team player who believes in empowering his leadership team to deliver to strategy.

Nanda Kumar heads the Energy & Resources vertical.
He is a Hotel Management Graduate with over 21 years of extensive overseas and India experience in the Energy & Resources sector.
His commitment and passion to be able to serve the clients under all circumstances has earned him an excellent reputation with the clients across this sector.
Nanda has been with CSS since its inception and in the pursuit of excellence, and with a ‘can do’ attitude, has developed this business from a very small base in India into a sizable global business.

Parimal is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
He has over 15 years of post qualification experience with reputed Multinational and Indian Companies. He is proficient in company finances, financial planning and reporting, identifying and mitigating of risks, transfer pricing, statutory & secretarial compliances.
Parimal has been since CSS’s inception and believes in operating as a business partner across the entire organization and builds strong relationships to be able to lead a team through various stages of organizational growth and change.

Started his Sea going career as a direct entry with Great Shipping India in 1997.
Commissioned as a Certified Navigating officer in 2001.
Between 2001 – 2007 : Worked for Italian Family Run Ship Owners D’Amico Tankers and moved from Junior to Chief officer.
In 2007 Took command on a Chemical Tanker , and Same year was hand picked to work as a Marine Consultant for Shell Eastern Petroleum and relocated to Singapore as a full time Shore based employee.
Held various Key positions with leading Marine & offshore companies in Singapore and also moved to Dubai for 2 years during this period.
Was part of the Executive Team in Singapore based company Kim Heng Marine & offshore that listed the company in SGX under catalyst in 2014 . It was one of the most successful IPO’s within the Marine & offshore Sector in Singapore that year.
